The heritage
Nestled in Skrevan, Berat – the same Albanian soil our family has tended since 1961, our estate is more than land — it’s legacy. Every tree stands as a witness to generations of care, tradition, and respect for nature.

The olives
Hand-picked at peak ripeness, our olives are grown with no shortcuts and no compromise. We use only native varieties passed down through our region for centuries, cultivated with discipline and devotion.
The process
Our olive oil is cold-pressed using ancestral methods perfected by our grandfather — slow, deliberate, and pure. We honor tradition not as nostalgia, but as a proven system for creating world-class quality.
